Support widget
The widget adds a floating support button to your website. Visitors open it, fill in the form and the request becomes a ticket in your exoCortex tenant.
Installing the widget
Section titled “Installing the widget”- Get your tenant’s public widget key (
pk_…): ⟦DA FORNIRE⟧ path in exoCortex Core to generate it. - Add this script to the pages of your website, replacing the tenant code and the key:
<script src="https://exocortex-api.ai-exo-cortex.com/widget.js?tenant=ACME&key=pk_live_3f9a1c2e" async></script>The script adds the button; the form opens in an iframe served by exoCortex.
The public key can stay in the page code: it only allows the widget to send requests to its tenant. Never use an nhk. API key in its place.
If your website has a Content Security Policy, allow https://exocortex-api.ai-exo-cortex.com for scripts (script-src) and for iframes (frame-src).
